Spend safety

Controls that sit between an approved change and your Meta ad spend. Enforced at the moment money would move, not when a change is drafted.

Autopilot guardrails

Bound what automated actions may do. The safety net is enforced on every change before it reaches Meta; configuring custom bounds is an Agency feature. Review each change as a before/after diff in Approvals.

Data retention

Lead PII (form leads and Messenger leads) is irreversibly deleted once it ages past this window. A daily job enforces it. Workspace deletion removes everything immediately.

Conversion tracking

See what's wired vs missing and your real cost per lead, and (Pro+) create a Custom Conversion on your pixel in one click. On-ad instant-form leads are tracked by the verified-lead numbers, not the pixel.

EU compliance

Required for ad sets targeting EU residents. Meta rejects launches without these on EU-targeted adsets.

Let Five Star Ad Builder manage the account inside your limits. Start in Staged + Cautious: every action asks you on Telegram before it happens. Move up the trust ramp when you are ready.

What Autopilot can do

Pause ads that miss your CPL target or exceed the frequency cap, activate reserve ads to keep the rotation full, and send a Telegram card for anything that needs your approval. It never creates campaigns, changes targeting, or deletes ads.

Kill-Switch rules

Auto-pause underperformers on a calendar-gated schedule. Days 1-2 are exploration; day-3 hook rate is the first signal; days 5/7/14 tighten the verified-CPL ceiling. Defaults below come from your vertical pack.

Daily Meta Ad Library scan. New ads from these pages land in your daily digest (Telegram). Tier 1 = priority (gets surfaced first). Get a Page ID from Meta Ad Library URL or by searching for the brand there.

Workspace vertical

Tell us what this workspace is for. Studio uses it to shape your AI CMO's voice; the daily brief references it; competitor groups don't care. Free text. Examples: "Bath remodel - NJ", "B2B SaaS", "Pet insurance", "Roofing", "Auto detailing".

Optional starter templates

Pre-built competitor lists + kill-rule defaults for a few verticals. Applying a template creates a fresh competitor group + writes kill rules; it won't overwrite groups you already have. Skip this entirely if your vertical isn't a fit.

Per ad account verticals

Override the workspace default on a specific ad account. Useful when one workspace runs multiple verticals (different clients, different industries). Empty rows fall back to the workspace vertical above.

AI Creative Engine

Per-workspace API keys for AI services. Secrets are encrypted at rest and only ever shown as ***last4 after save. Leave blank to use the app default (where available).

Telegram

Where kill-switch alerts, AI briefs, and competitor digests get delivered. Bot token is optional; if blank we use the app's default bot. Chat ID is required to receive anything.

Run multiple service flows on one Page (Pro/Agency)

The multi-vertical Messenger bot routes incoming chats based on the m.me ?ref= param. Roofing, tree removal, junk hauling, large remodels, and recurring maintenance can each have their own qualification flow and tool calls (like a satellite roof estimate) under one Meta Page.

Messenger lead-qualification flow

The script the bot runs when someone messages your connected Page. Edit the steps, tap Save to publish. Bot picks up the new flow on the very next inbound message.

If you want the bot's tone to mirror your best-performing ad, we can also pull copy from your top-spending Meta ad in the last 30 days. Reset to factory default i

One click: wipe every customization and start fresh from the bundled default flow. Your current flow is snapshot into version history first so this is undoable. If any leads have already consented under your current consent text, that exact text is preserved on the factory copy so TCPA records stay intact.

Simulator

Walks the flow client-side. No Meta, no real PSID. Test edits before saving.

Version history

Every save is recorded here. Click Revert to publish a previous version (a new revert-marker version is created on top of it so the audit trail stays linear).

Flat fee. No percentage of ad spend, ever. Cancel anytime.

Portal handles plan changes, card updates, cancellations, and invoice history. Only available after first subscription.

Generates a CMO-level brief on what's working, what's not, and the highest-leverage next moves. Pulls your active ads' spend + leads + CPL + frequency from Meta, layers in any tracked-competitor ads from the last 14 days, and synthesizes with your AI CMO. Output stays in the browser; nothing is published anywhere.

AI Operator Brief

Daily CMO-style briefing summarizing yesterday's spend, verified leads, kill-switch firings, and new competitor ads.

Team members

Invite teammates to this workspace. Roles: admin can invite others and connect Meta, member can launch ads and manage creatives, viewer can read dashboards only. Plan limits apply (seat counts on plan_limits).

API tokens (operator-only)

Personal access tokens for driving this workspace from external clients (the FSAB MCP server, ad-hoc scripts). Tokens are workspace-scoped; revoking one stops every client using it on the next call.

Two-factor authentication (TOTP)

Use an authenticator app (Authy, Google Authenticator, 1Password, Bitwarden, etc) for a second factor at signin. Strongly recommended.
